For Flash related design and development: 15 US$ / hour / designer
For Graphic Design : 15 US$ / hour / designer

For Illustration, Visulization, Art Direction: 40 US$ / Hr.
For Web based 2D Cel Animation in Flash, Comic Character : 40 US$ / Hr
2. Hire a dedicated Graphics Designer / XHTML, CSS 2 Developer
This model suits for web design companies based in USA, Canada, Australia, UK and Middle East. Companies who are having array of web and graphics design work and want to outsource work can hire dedicated designers, animators and visualizers at a fraction of cost what you might be paying to your employees.
